Dr. Dylan Brech is a board-certified pediatrician who is passionate about building lasting relationships with families and supporting children at every stage of development. A Toms River native, he brings a strong connection to the local community and a commitment to delivering thoughtful, personalized care.
Dr. Dylan earned his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences from Marist College and attended medical school at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, Florida. He completed his pediatric residency at Cooper University Health Care, where he won multiple awards, including the Resident Teaching Award and the Extra Mile Award, reflecting a dedication to both patients and colleagues.
In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Dylan has contributed to the pediatric literature, with a publication in Pediatrics in Review (Visual Diagnosis, 2025), titled “Decreased Leg Movement and Pain in a 2-Month-Old Infant.”
Outside the office, Dr. Dylan enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. His hobbies include hiking, running, obstacle course racing, and cooking.
