Wonderful Doctor!

Extremely professional had a wonderful visit.

Tired of them triple booking the doctor and making us wait two hours. The doctor is fantastic, the office does not know how to manage the schedule.

Good doctor, staff is very polite, got in on time and left at a reasonable time.

Dr. Logan has performed a couple of surgeries on me with great results. I still have a few surgeries to go and I am looking forward to their completion. I trust my vision health with Dr Logan.

Dr. Logan has help me come a long way with my eye care. Moving from Columbus Ohio to here I was using 7 eye drops for glaucoma with a keloid in my right eye. That was 10 years ago, were now I am on one eye drop and have had the keloid smooth down so that it doesn't hard when I blink my eye. It is a blessing to have him as a doctor. I will not change my medical plans if Dr. Logan is not in it.

He’s a great doctor

Wow what a popular doctor. I really liked him. I was sad because I didn’t meet the criteria for the insurance to pay for the eye surgery I think I really need. But he did offer other options which I definitely can’t afford.

Dr. Logan was very kind and knowledgeable. He explained what his recommendations was rather than just telling me it. He helped me understand the different surgeries for corrective vision, and how even after 10-15 years I may still need some touch up (or cataract).. highly recommend him to anyone who’s in the need for an optometrist !

He provided information on my eye conditions and my ongoing maintenance.

Dr. Logan is patient and explains things in a matter you understand.

I understand that surgeons time is not their own, but it was my first visit with this doctor and had to wait almost 2 1/2 hrs to see him. As a person, very nice.

Dr. Logan was very professional and thorough in his examination.

He is good Doctors and is always willing to talk to you about options and listen to your concerns.

Dr. Logan performed surgery on my mother-in-law who has multiple health issues and declined any anesthesia. He personally built a tent to cover her face that helped her with her clostrophobia and anxiety then calmed her by talking her through the surgery. the lens was placed with perfection and she can see very well again.

Extremely long wait and then my questions weren’t answered properly

The doctor arrived 2 hours late. Then I waited another hour, only to be told that the Lasik machine was not working. I have now to wait almost another two months for my procedure. Do you think this is good customer service?

Dr. Logan is by far he best doctor for my eyes. I can always rely on him to help with any eye issues I have. Whether it’s an eye infection or a surgery issue, I trust him to solve it and make me better!

Nice and is a very good doctor I'm sure but the wait time in the office and waiting room for your appointment is ridiculous! Why should anyone with an appointment show up there on time when the doctor has you waiting for over an hour.

Love Dr.Logan is great but you always have to wait at least 90 minutes for your appointment.

I waited for over an hour today and was ultimately told that it would be another hour and a half before I could be seen. So in a nutshell, starting with an 11:10 appointment, and was asked to wait until 2:30. That is completely not acceptable.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Logan. After over 8 years of treatment for a specific condition...he breezes in and tells me I've been misdiagnosed after less than a 5 minute exam. I was previously treated by Dr. Warner who concurred with the original diagnosis of a previous doctor. I only left my original doctor because he moved to a Santa Monica office. That's how I ended up at CA Eye Specialists. My treatment with Dr. Logan was excruciating. I have been having the same treatment for over 8 years and I have NEVER experienced that kind of pain.

Service was outstanding.

Absolutely not!! I arrived at the office 10 min before my appt on 3/1/23, and was told the Dr was running 1-1.5 hrs behind!! Absolutely unacceptable! When I asked for the first morning appt avail, I was told the first appt was not until June 21. I will be goi g elsewhere for my care.

After waiting like forever, my turn came up and they put me in a room and I waited for a while then, Dr Logan came in and he said "the pressure is good so why are you here?". So I told him that the results of the visual field we're bad so I was to see a "glaucoma specialist". So mumbled something, turned around and walked out. Left the door opened and didn't come back. I waited 20 minutes I asked the assistant "what happened?". He said "he is with a patient and I'm not allowed to interrupt". What! There is so much more. Suffice to say I will file a grievance on this awful experience. And I don't want to be anonimus. You over scheduled patients and there was no place to sit. I was there from 8:45AM to 11:00.

Having an appointment is a joke. A patient should not have to wait an hour and a half to be seen by the doctor. Most of Dr. Logan's patients are senior citizens and should not have to wait an indefinite amount of time to be seen. Having a specific time is important when you have a life and other commitments. Sitting and waiting a few minutes past your appointment time is one thing. However, waiting an hour and a half past your appointed time is very irritating when you have more than this appointment in your day. More concern to your senior patients should be taken into consideration. Thank you

Long wait but worthwhile.

Before 6 months I did cataract sergery for my left eye. I was suffering from flying objects. To day May 19 I did layering cleaning I still suffering from that flying objects. Thank you.

This Doctor is approachable, answered all my questions to my satisfaction..I’m looking forward to my surgery with him being my Doctor.

He seems to have scheduled a lot of patients who were waiting in the check-in area, then he came in very late. Patients had a 2-hour wait. When he entered the room, he forgot to bring something, so he had to go out again. He didn't look at my wife when he came in, and the session with my wife lasted only 5 minutes.
