Dr. Haverly listens to your concerns & gives excellent advice. If you do not choose a certain procedure then he suggests alternatives with the reasons why. The choice is always "up to you" but his advice is on target.

First 6 weeks went great with doctor explaining what I needed to do to get back on my feet- however, when I was having some issues adjusting from no weight to some weight & transitioning to sneakers, I called for assurance that what I was experiencing was normal - I did not get a call back & had to google for advice & exercises that I can do for strengthening my ankle

As someone whom is familiar with medical industry, the first meeting with Dr. Haverly was all I was expecting and then some. Great bedside manor. Asked great questions, took the time to listen to my responses, gave good explanation of condition and explained treatment plan, both short and long term. Very relaxed, very knowledgeable, very friendly.

I really appreciate the time Dr. Haverly spends with me. He is very laid back and low key and takes his time, allowing me to express my concerns and ask questions. He listens well and provides answers and clarification when asked. However, my only compalint would be that from appointment to appointment he sometimes provides conflicting info. For example, at one appointment he told me one pair of schools wasn't good for my feet. Two appointments later, he told me the same shoes should provides some relief for my pain and discomfort, so I left with the decision that I would just wear the shoes that felt the best for me, but that was the only thing.
