What I appreciated the most was Dr. Ward explained his thoughts and recommendations in layman's terms. I also appreciated that he listened to me without coming across as dismissive of my concerns and discomfort. He is willing to offer other options that I've already tried, to hopefully improve my life going forward.

Procedure was fine however Dr. Ward didn't introduce himself when he initially came into the room. I had not seen him beforehand so wasn't sure who he was. Other than that he explained things as he moved along.
