Clarity and Confirmation OF INSURANCE MADE ME A STATISTIC OF UNWORTHINESS AND SOMEONE LIED TO ME ABOUT THE COST OF SERVICE IN ORDER TO SEND ME TO ANOTHER DOCTOR TO AVOID ADMITTING THAT SOMEONE HAS BEEN AVOIDING VERIFICATION OF INSURANCE. AT THE LAST MINUTE I WAS NEARLY CANCELLED WHEN I URGENTLY NEEDED SURGERY. IVE PAID SELF PAY BEFORE WITHOUT A PROBLEM AND I SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN TREATED AS IF I WOULD NOT PAY AGAIN. I WAS TOLD 6-8,000 instead of Hundred and I COULD HAVE HAVE ASSUMED I WAS NOT ABLE TO PAY BECAUSE OF THE FALSE COST. I THANK GOD I WAS GOING TO PAY REGARDLESS AND INSISTED AND FINDING THE COST. EVIDENTLY I HAVE BEEN OUT OF NETWORK AND NO ONE DISCUSSED THAT WITH ME UNTIL MY APPOINTMENT WAS GOING TO BE CANCELLED BY LISA. SMH. SO DISAPPOINTED
I ONLY TRUST DR. GAY TO DO THIS SURGERY. HIS STAFF HAS GOT TO BE MORE CONSIDERATE OF THE PATIENT’S NEEDS AND NOT THEIR OWN PERSONAL ASSUMPTIONS
