My visit was horrible. Dr. Vo came in asked me a few questions and diagnosed me with arthritis in my thumb. He spoke very quickly and repeatedly asked me if I was diabetic.. I will be getting a second opinion!

Doc Vo Is extremally good at his job. I had a shoulder repaired in 2011 and had 3 tendons repaired. I fell again in Aug 2022 and missed up the large tendon my doctor couldn't repair it so he sent me to Doc Vo. It's been 5 weeks sense the surgery and no pain to speak of. I start PT next week

My appt. commenced about 70 minutes after the pre-arranged appt. time. Dr. Vo is excellent, but I almost missed a business meeting because my appt. did not commence on time.

The doctor and his assistant were fantastic. They listened, they answered questions, they showed me results of xrays. Stellar! Only blemish here was that when i scheduled the appointment, i asked the scheduler if they had my records from the referring doctor, and she said they had them. This was not true. I did have to wait a long time. but I liked the doctor which is rare for me to say. He speaks with perfect english which I have to I was worried about. He was informative and to the point. I felt comfortable and was able to ask questions. I don't need surgery or injections at this time. so don't worry he's not so money hungry that he going to do unnecessary procedures.

I was able to ask questions and not feel like my questions were dumb or like he had better things to do. Doc Vo is the best

I WENT TO HIS OFFICE BECAUSE I HAD A MRI OF MY LT. FOOT AND IT WAS LIKE HE DID NOT ENOUGH TO THE TIME TO REALLY LOOK AT THE RESULTS. I HAD TO TELL HIM THAT THE SWELLING OF MY FOOT WAS BECAUSE MY 4TH AND 5TH TOE WAS FX. HE DID NOT EVEN NOTICED THAT ON THE MRI. IT TOOK 3 WEEKS FOR THEM TO SEE ME AFTER DOING THE MRI. I WAS IN PAIN AND MT FOOT WAS SO SWOLLEN. DID WHAT I COULD DO TO MY FOOT. STARTING TO THINK MAYBE I SHOULD LOOK FOR ANOTHER DR. KEPT CALLING TO SEE IF SOMEONE CANCEL THERE APPOINTMENT, BUT THE LADY SOUND LIKE SHE WAS NOT WORRY ABOUT ME.

Dr Vo is always nice and goes into detail if you don't understand what is going on.

Dr. Vo was polite and professional. He also had a good bedside manner. He did seem very rushed, however, and I felt a bit like I did not have the opportunity to fully explain my problem. But this seemed more the result of being booked solid with appointments, rather than a lack of concern or care on his part. I would recommend him. And perhaps make an early morning appointment next time.

Dr. Vo did a great job on reconstructing my double-patella fracture. It is now fully healed after 8 months. Also, he doesn't waste your time during follow up visits. He gets straight to the point. You are pretty much in and out in 10-15 minutes.

Great rapport and explanations

Sadly, I never got to meet Dr. Vo despite making an appointment on recommendation of my Internist, establishing a patient portal, filling out all necessary patient history forms, arriving 30 minutes ahead of appointment time, filling out redundant paperwork, waiting in a tiny waiting area with 8 other people, listening to 2 people's discussion with the receptionist (who was not very friendly) about why they couldn't be seen that day despite having appointments and waiting 45 min past my appointment time with no indication of when I might actually be seen, I decided to cancel my appointment and leave. Dr. Vo might be a great physician but the way he allows his practice to be run is very unprofessional.
