He was very thorough, professional, and to the point about all my conditions, and relieved any worries that I had.

Just another CHC doctor that as a man is NOT even listening to the amount of things that I need to address he didn’t even realize or even ask me about any up-to-date vaccinations.

Well, he was supposed to put a referral in for a severely damaged leg from UCLA which he sent me to UCLA and he hasn’t done it yet so now it’s gonna take me another four months to three months to get the referral when I should’ve already had it so now my damaged leg instead of being damaged for six months I’m gonna be going on a year. The rest of my other leg is not working properly and he told he told me that we’re taking care of the leg. We know we’re trying to take care of my left leg that I was in a severe accident and now it’s affecting my right leg. I wanna have a new doctor. I don’t think he likes women I don’t know if he does or not, but he doesn’t take care of me. We spoke over the phone about the referral and he still didn’t put it in. That was back in April.

This was the worst doctor appointment I have ever had. Was told by my heath insurance, UHC, to go see this new PCP, Dr. Duc Nguyen, since ALL of my previous PCP's have quit UHC, choose another profession or left the state. This was a follow up with new PCP after visit to urgent clinic for severe migraines. Dr. Nguyen did nothing, did not check my heart, did not check my breathing, did not look at inside of left ear when I complained of ongoing pain and pressure, left side same side as migraine intense pain with lots of vomiting. He never looked at my eyes, I would have removed my sunglasses for him to see my pupils. I wear the sunglasses during migraines to prevent the glare from bright lights. He would have noticed my enlarged left pupil, again same side as migraines. He did nothing. He just wanted to refer me to neurologist, I ask why. I have had brain scans, doctors are looking for aneurysm or brain mass. Doctors and Radiologists have found neither.

Excellent doctor; explains lab work in language you can understand; very concerned about his patients; explains throughly; very dedicated to his profession - he is a “keeper” in my books! More than a 5 star doctor! 🤗

Didn’t listen or even make eye contact. Wasnt the least bit interested in figuring out the cause of an illness, but very quick to dismiss concerns and treat what he perceived as the main symptoms.
