Very professional and helpful yet relatable
I'm an old lady so getting aggravated isn't one of my favorite things to do. Going too Dr Moncrief's office for a checkup is no problem at all for me. On one floor, no steps or elevators, walk in, sign in (usually don before hand), staff is friendly, have a seat, read a few pieces of email on my phone & by then I'm being called to get weighed, temp & blood pressure taken. Within 5 minutes the doctor is knocking at the door. We get straight to the point after a brief greeting. If I need anything or have questions, Dr Moncrief is quick to answer. I walk out of the building with a smile, the same way I walked in.

He listens very well. He is a concerning docter. If he can't help me, he sends me to someone who can. I am well pleased.
