I regret not reviewing previous feedback regarding Dr. Drew Locandro before scheduling my appointment. My prior appointments and surgical experience with Dr. Ryan Kauffman was exceptional—he demonstrated outstanding medical expertise and a truly compassionate bedside manner. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about Dr. Locandro, whose demeanor during our brief five-minute consultation was unexpectedly dismissive and unprofessional. While the office staff, waiting area, and nursing team were all excellent, my experience with Dr. Locandro was disappointing. I came in seeking a thoughtful discussion about my concerns, but was met with curt and impersonal responses. Rather than engaging in a dialogue, Dr. Locandro appeared to have predetermined conclusions and repeatedly interrupted me, disregarding my attempts to explain my symptoms. His recommendation to try a nasal mist and return to see Dr. Kauffman if it didn’t help left me questioning the purpose of the visit.
