It was my 1st visit to see Dr. Locandro. He was personable and honest. He was able to fully explain the issues i have been having. As a new patient you always wonder about the treatment you might be receiving. Dr. Locandro made me feel like a patient and not just a number.

I came in scared that I had a bad problem with my throat and him, and his nurse met me at ease, explained everything that needed to be done and great professional and understanding of my fears and I really appreciate that
I was so glad that he understood my problem quickly and took a video of my voice box right away instead of making me make another appointment.
Dr. Locandro is always a pleasure to spend time with even when he’s using hot things to burn tuff in my nose 😂. The office staff were pleasant and overall I had a really good experience.
