Listened to m concerns and acted accordingly.

Did not greet me, walked out of the room & didn’t specify how long the cotton would remain in my nose or when he’d come back in. Was not gentle or reassuring when doing the procedure, said I’m at the ENT that I should expect the uncomfortable procedure. Did not fully address concern. First visit & will not return.

He addressed all my concerns about some health issues

The visit was good the Dr was nice , friendly and honest about the procedure, process and surgery

I met Dr. Locandro. I felt rushed and like an inconvenience. I let him know I was scared, felt like I wasn’t being heard from other doctors, and felt at that time very sick. He “mhm’d” me and didn’t give feedback. I was left strapped in the X-ray room alone for 10 minutes. X-ray came back and I got told, verbatim, “there’s no way it’s your sinus’, this scan is clear and looks great”. Which in reality is indeed a blessing but to hit another wall of no answers is exhausting. I got no direction on next steps but to go to an infectious disease director or an immunologist. (No referral given by the way). I began to have a panic attack and had to exit the room. He said he wished me well. Once again I left Northwest ENT with no help. Dr. Qureshi told me to come back and that tonsil removal may be my best bet. Dr. Locandro laughed at that suggestion and said he would never. Really lovely getting different answers from doctors. I will never return to Northwest Ent. I want a refund.

Dr. Locandro did not meet my expectations of a professional providing a service. I felt that his communication was poor, he was not clear, friendly or respectful . I felt like he was annoyed to speak to me and I ultimately was made to feel like a child by his body language and verbal responses. I think I ultimately got the right diagnosis, but otherwise was not impressed.

He came up with a unique method to treat my sinus condition. All is well.

Saw doctor half hour late but once I saw Dr Locandro, he was quick and efficient. The office is conveniently located near Kennestone hospital.

Visit with Dr. Locandro, was great. Only took a few minutes once I got in his waiting room however, I sat in the outside, waiting room for over an hour.

Dr. Locandro’s surgery fixed a major problem for my breathing, a nose polyp I had grown. While there was some discomfort, I can not imagine recovery going any better. Superb team in Marietta office and at Woodstock surgery center.

Dr. Lecandro was very helpful with my condition and came to a treatment that would help. He was very friendly and made me feel comfortable with his treatment plan.

He caused pain during an ear wax removal procedure. I suggested using another technique that didn’t cause me pain in the past but he just said that he’s almost done and continued the same method. Also my appointment was delayed by about 45 minutes.

Great Doctor and a nice guy!

The doctor was nice and visit itself was 5 minutes or so however I was asked to get there at 8:30 and we weren’t seen until 10am. My son is on the autism spectrum and the waiting area had so many people at times there wasn’t enough room for everyone to sit. My son got very irritable when there were so many people and we had to go wait in the car. I tried to call to get an update as we had been waiting an hour and was told by an automated prompt we were 17th in the queue.

Very informative a caring. Spent time ensuring I was well informed and comfortable. Put me at ease before and post surgery.

Did not show compassionate or concern about the issues being addressed. Was more negative than positive.

Seeing this doctor was a complete waste of time. He had no interest in hearing what all my baby has been through and completely dismissed anything I was telling him. Very rude and can tell he was just trying to hurry to get out of there. Do NOT recommend.

He checked my ears and ran a CAT scan to check my sinuses. He was very supportive.

He said BEFORE testing me he probably wouldn't be able to help me. And after testing he said he couldn't help and offered NOTHING.

I appreciate that Dr. Locandro goes the extra mile to ensure the issue is corrected. He is professional but friendly. He brings a lot of knowledge to his patients that I hope the newer doctors are taking note of. I saw 2 other doctors there before I was scheduled with him and he was the only one who detected that I had a fungus in my ears that was being fed by the ear drops the other two had prescribed. He continues to be top-notch!!!!

Dr. Locandro was very thorough and listened to my concerns. The only issue I had was with the lack of communication from anyone after waiting 30 minutes after check in and after 30 more minutes in the little room… not one person came in to say “sorry, he’s a little bit behind”. Finally saw the doctor an hour after my appointment time.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Locandro for 20 years. He always addresses your concerns and takes the time to explain everything going on with my ear.

He made it clear that he did not care about my concerns whatsoever. He was 40 minutes late to my appointment and did not look me in the eye. He cut me off repeatedly and dismissed my symptoms. Before he completed a procedure he stated that he wouldn't find anything. This was a horrible experience and I will never go back to this facility because of it.

I had a blocked nasal passage that brought me to an ENT for the first time. Dr. Locandro was very professional and I was diagnosed with a deviated septum. Months later I scheduled a septoplasty with turbinate reduction surgery. The whole process went very quickly and smoothly. There were no complications and everything in my follow up consultation looked great! The scheduling, billing, surgery, and post surgical consultation were all very smooth and easy. I had a great experience!

Maybe my condition was easy to diagnose but I felt like I was on an assembly line. For how much my co-pay was, I feel like I was just pushed through with the doctor. Audiologist was great though and the doctor was very nice. I just didn’t have the best experience and didn’t even get the doctor I made an appointment for... (Gery) so was also upset that they changed my doctor....
