I came in scared that I had a bad problem with my throat and him, and his nurse met me at ease, explained everything that needed to be done and great professional and understanding of my fears and I really appreciate that

I was so glad that he understood my problem quickly and took a video of my voice box right away instead of making me make another appointment.

Dr. Locandro is always a pleasure to spend time with even when he’s using hot things to burn tuff in my nose 😂. The office staff were pleasant and overall I had a really good experience.

Very poor bedside manner. Had an ear infection, which cleared up with drops but ear is still plugged up and I have vertigo a week later, after he cleaned it. Spent less than a minute with me each visit, and in that short time, managed to come across as condescending and uncaring, that takes some skill. As a clinician myself who works with patients daily, I think that’s just his personality, but that will spill into client care and results, inevitably. I would not recommend or schedule again with this provider.
