Dr. Valbuena is very nice and thorough doctor. Went through all my lab work with me. I haven’t been with him very long. but i am very happy with him. I hope to continue to see him throughout my care. His staff is very nice and courteous.

I have changed Dr 12 times since on Medicare, I have had Dr valbuena for over 2 years now and he is the only Dr in many years if ever that really listens to what the patient says.and doctors accordingly, that's a fact.

Put me at ease and allowed my daughter to join in my visit w him. He listened to my concerns and followed up w tests.
Made sure I understood the importance of taking my meds daily.

He's my Doctor......
Dr. Douglas Valbuena was born and raised in Guayaquil, Ecuador. After earning his degree in his hometown he moved to New York in 2008 to begin his residency. Living in multiple countries, Dr. Valbuena has a love for learning about new cultures and enjoys traveling to new destinations with his wife and kids.
Dr. Valbuena has had a life long passion for helping others. He chose to go into the medical field so he could dedicate his life to improving the lives of as many people possible.
During his interview with GMG Dr. Valbuena learned of their tradition to treat every patient like family. He knew immediately that he wanted to be a part of a team that cared so deeply for their patients and joined GMG shortly after in 2017.
