Dr. Douglas P. Sieminski, D.O., graduated from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, Old Westbury, New York, in May 2003. He completed his residency training in Family Practice in June 2006 at Union Hospital (Affiliate of St. Barnabas Health Care System), Union, New Jersey, where he was the Chief Resident from 2004 to 2006.
