Douglas P. Sieminski, D.O.

Dr. Douglas P. Sieminski, D.O., graduated from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, Old Westbury, New York, in May 2003. He completed his residency training in Family Practice in June 2006 at Union Hospital (Affiliate of St. Barnabas Health Care System), Union, New Jersey, where he was the Chief Resident from 2004 to 2006. He also completed his internship at Union Hospital in June 2004. Dr. Sieminski attended Drew University, Madison, New Jersey, where he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology in May 1999.

Dr. Sieminski is Board Certified in Family Practice through the American Board of Osteopathic Family Physicians. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, American College of Osteopathic Family Practitioners, and New Jersey Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons.
