Does not listen to your concerns. I'm 1.5 years after knee surgery and still in excessive amounts of pain and loss of mobility. I asked him why he replied he didn't know. Maybe a doctor who cares would try to figure out my problem but he ordered no new tests to try to find out what is wrong

I have had Dr. Miller for the past 4years. He did both my hip replacements. I liked Dr. Miller as soon as he came in the room. He always has a smile on his face and shakes your hand. He always shows me my X-Rays and explains everything to me in words I can understand. I have 3 personal friends that have gone to him, and they all liked him also. I see and talk to Lot of people in my job, and quite a few of them have Dr. Miller and they all think the world of him. He’s a keeper. I hope he is here for many years. Cause my husbands knees are starting to give him problems, and I said you’re going to Dr. Miller. He is just a great doctor and person. He is very personable, and has a great bedside personality. Dr. Miller Is a great Docotor. I was refer to Dr. Miller by my Othopedtic doctor that was retiring. My original Doctor I had been with for years, and was a doctor I trusted and felt comfortable it. The wait for your appointment is too long. I will expect to wait 30 minutes. This time the wait was 75 minutes. You have to agree you are very agitated by the time you he opens the door to give you 10 minutes. He is how ever very good Doctor

I don’t think he was too interested in finding out my concerns, I wasn’t able to ask all the questions I had and I think he just thought medication was the only answer. Perhaps It was too close to closing time.

I felt like a number

I just had hip surgery and it went better then I thought. Only thing I didn't care for was the food after I got to eat, they order that out.

Listened to me and helped get to the bottom with different ideas instead of pushing drugs on me to take.

Dr. Miller was instrumental in helping me get back to a pain free life. I am able to participate in many of the activities I like once again. He is an excellent surgeon ! Will recommend him to my patients with hip and knee issues.

Very congenial Doctor. He thoughtfully looked at my x-rays and he gave me options. We discussed prolonging surgery, he ruled out cortisone injects. I asked questions and was very Frank with me. Prolonging surgery would only cause more bone loss, making it more difficult to put the knee replacement parts more difficult to insert into the bones. We both agreed that surgery for a right knee replacement was my best option. I will have a family meeting with my children to discuss a surgery date. This will affect all of us and our usual routines. I want this to work for all 3 of us. We live together so keeping them abreast of possible surgery dates is important. I can’t say enough good things about Doctor Miller. He has an easy way of explaining everything. He answered all of my questions and I never felt rushed. His team of Ma’s and his Nurse were exceptional, friendly and I have all the confidence in the world that choosing Dr. Miller & his team was my best decision. He’s great!

The best doctor

Dr. Miller is amazing. I had hip replacement and my recovery was super easy. If I need any further joint replacements, it will be with him. Literally pain free immediately post op. Back to most activities at 3 weeks.

Dr Doug Miller performed my surgery for a total knee replacement. I was anxious and had many questions at time of the initial consult. He listened well, answered my questions and gave me great peace of mind in his abilities but mostly I felt he cared tremendously about the a successful outcome. He talked to me like a person not just another patient on the list of many. While surgery was successful and he made clear my commitment to do my part with consistency in rehab was critical, inspired not required me to do the work.

Dr. Miller is the best! I was having unexpected pain in my knee. He took the time to explain why that was happening and gave me some excersises to do at home.

Took a while to get in but the doctor was pleasant, told me results, gave me a cortisone injection and I was in my way.

The only complaint I have is, my appointment was at 3:30pm and I didn’t get called back until 4:15 and sat in a room for another half hour before I was seen! Very, very frustrating to sit that long before I was seen!!

I came to Dr. Miller as a new patient. I have two different problems with two knees, and Dr. Miller thoroughly examined them and recommended I do some physical therapy. I was concerned that he might want to redo my knee replacements, but he felt at this time it wasn’t necessary. I felt he made a good case for just therapy. Great experience.
