Dr. Charles always listens to my concerns. He does not give the impression that he’s in a rush to get to the next patient.

Some times too busy. Takes long to get an appointment when you are not well.

He is a wonderful doctor. He understands my approach to my medical care and respect it.

My son wasn’t seen by Dr. Charles. He was swabbed for strep by an assistant and although had it 6-times now, which wasn’t taken into consideration, swollen throat and all, test came back negative, had a fever of 103 and nothing was done for him. Ended up having to go to urgent care only 4-hours later for a positive strep test and antibiotics.
