I rarely write reviews, but I am happy to write this one. I am so grateful I found Dr. Hartzler. He is the best surgeon I have ever encountered. He is a fabulous doc. He is warm, sincere and caring, as well as a gentleman & very professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a top doc!!

Wonderful bedside manner, knowledgeable orthopedic surgeon. Chandler Village front desk, Medical Assistants, Xray tech always first rate at this location (have been here before with Dr. Frankel. Dr. Hartzler's PA was also wonderful as well--knowledgable and friendly. .Appreciate the very safe environment to protect against Covid unlike some physician and dentist offices in metro Phoenix where masking is no longer required for staff or patients. Beyond ridiculous in my opinion. You feel very safe with OrthoArizona!!!!!

Dr. Hartzler provided me with an unhurried, detailed and comprehensive review of my orthopedic problem using MRI images that enabled me to easily understand my current condition and how it will be successfully resolved. Fantastic, caring doctor.

Dr. Hartzler met with me promptly. All of his support were friendly and efficient. I filled out a three page new patient packet, had three x-rays, met with the doctor, had my knee injected and was out of there in about 40 minutes total. Great experice!

Dr Hartzler comes across extremely kind and professional. He is thorough and strives to understand and find the source of pain. I left my first appointment with a strong sense of hope that through Dr Hartzler I will have some answers to my concerns.

Dr Hartzler was very nice, very personable, and addressed my concerns. My only complaint was having to wait more than an hour past my scheduled appointment. Since no one was having emergency surgery or delivering a baby, the delay was unacceptable.
