Dr. Dawson listened to my concerns regarding my sinuses and assisted me in not only curing my ailments, but tracking my chronic issues in order to determine the best option for fixing it. During and after my surgery Dr. Dawson was helpful and all has been great so far! Thank you Dr. Dawson!

Seemed very dismissive of my problem, said something along the lines of "you'll have to live with it." The nurse was amazing and is probably the only reason there was a ct scan ordered.

Outstanding care in every way

You could say some thing like I would like to provide feedback as a mean to improve doctor bedside manner and patient care as I left my appointment with Dr. Dawson feeling unheard. My experience of the 5 minute visit came with a lack of warmth and empathy for the fears I have been having in my audiology condition in not only being made to feel bad for my prior avoidance in attending the appointment in 2021, but also for a lack of concern in my fears in potentially having a tumor. As a doctor who takes their oath, it should be a priority of theirs to rationally calm our fears and provide hope in being humane and compassionate, empathetic and supportive. My ear condition has caused great stress in my life and it has taken a lengthened time to get it, so to be treated as you were has only added to my anxiety.

Dr. Dawson was very thorough in his examination, explained the issues in depth, and answered any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend him to others. Thanks

I went in for results of sinus CT. He put on my report that I said i had hearing loss in my left ear? I never said I couldn't hear, I said my ears hurt. He asked if I slept OK and I said sometimes I wake because my mouth gets dry. His idea was to tape my mouth shut at night so I breath through my nose?? SERIOUSLY???? I waited 3 months to see an ENT about sinus cyst and this is what I got...I am terribly disappointed.
