Went to appointment quite anxious but during procedure distracted me with a conversation with my husband, it was effective. He explained what he was doing novicane, removing moles and cauterizing. Then gave me directions for after visit care and what to expect when healed. It was a short visit and my nervousness vanished as I was listening to my husband did most of the chat with the doctor
