No call when appt scheduled. Had to call the centralized scheduling center…on hold for over 30 minutes to find out what was going on. 1 hr 15 minutes after my appt time, finally got the call. Dr. Chiriboga did apologize but offered no explanation. I do understand emergencies coming up but, if that was the case, the MA should have called back to let me know. Otherwise, I can o my assume someone dropped the ball there and didn’t have the doctor call me
