Right from the start he wasn’t even listening to me, all he was concerned about was narrowing down my long list of ailments that have gone on being overlooked! He asked me to pick one thing he could help me with??? There’s 20 things that all have developed because I’m not being treated properly for any of my conditions!!!

Dr. Chiriboga is extremely professional and personable. He’s a good listener and provides answers in layman’s terms.

I am still trying to get used to him as he is a new doctor for me. Things seem to be running so different and nobody can tell me what the protocol is to his service. Not quite sure he’s the right doctor for me yet.

Too many visits

1 hour wait to finally see him. I understand it’s a dr but if you have an appt you shouldn’t have to wait 1 hour until he walks in to see you. Maybe schedule less people or spread them out more

I went for annual physical. I also had an extremely clogged ear. I asked to have the ear washed out. His reply was we will have to do it another time, stating that we can only do so much in one day. I was not very happy with that response. Any time before I have come to PVH with an ear that needed attention it was gladly taken care of. I get the impression that since I was there for a physical and had no co-pay for this service it was really about getting me to come back at another time and pay. He referred me to an over the counter remedy for my problem. Never been to a doctor who dismissed my request for treatment, especially one that is so menial as to clear the wax out of an ear!

I’m too upset to comment. What’s the point of a PMD, when you end up with another $1000+ ER Bill. We have Tricare Insurance, but still and yet, we pay more. So what’s the point.

Dr.Chiriboga took great care of my mother and father. I witnessed it when I took my mother for her appointments. I want that kind of care for myself.

He went over my labs. I am no longer prediabetes but my thyroid meds need to be adjusted. He will refer me to.physical therapy for balance.

Outstanding care. Never feel rushed. Listens to your input and makes decisions with you about your health care. Takes time to explain things.

Dr. Chiriboga accommodated me as walk-in patient since my PCP was on vacation. He saw me Thursday and urgently referred me to have the ultrasound the following day, and received my referral approval to an OB GYNECOLOGIST the next day too. The fastest that I have been with Pomona Valley Med Center.

Dr. Chiriboga is one of the best doctors I have ever had. He is engaging, always asks about the rest of my family, he listens to my concerns and needs and always give me well informed information on my situation. Our family have been his patients for over twenty years now and I believe that says a lot considering we have moved out of the area yet we still commute for our health needs.
