Talked to me about several options for my back pain after reviewing my chart and recent X-rays. Reviewed the pros and cons of each option and was optimistic about my choice but made no promises, which is what a good doctor should do. Thorough but efficient.

He was absolutely no help. He asked me where I was hurting and started pushing on me to the point to where I was in tears. And then told me “I don’t know what’s wrong with you or why you are in so much pain” and handed me an order for physical therapy and left the room. This is the 2nd doctor I have been there to see for my back and neck but have yet to get answers or relief!! Very disappointed and upset.

The doctor seemed very competent about the area of concern. But I had a very early appt time. And I still had to wait 30- to 40 mins. for the doctor to come in. As the conversation went on I asked a question that I did want to hear the answer to. And Dr. Cannon said, “I don’t have time for your questions. “Im on a tight schedule and I have to go on to the next person”. And then he left. My daughter and I just looked at each other where our mouths just dropped . I still don’t know if I will follow up with the test he wants me to have or go back to him. My whole time with him took about 10 mins. He was very late to see me And yet, he didn’t have time for my questions??? Why should I have to pay for this ???

Rude, self proclaimed that he took time to listen and didn’t rush through the appointment when that’s exactly what he was doing and warned me not to say otherwise. Insisted that everything looked fine, and I should live with it or maybe try lifting weights. When questioned about why he said MRI was clear and radiologist report noted some changes from previous MRI— he became extremely defensive and ended the appointment with only option being an alternative tx that was to be paid out of pocket and followed it up with “don’t even come if you are scared or needles or going to complain because it hurts” I worked with doctors for 15 years and he was the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. I left crying and have zero intention using Campbell clinic again. He has a review from 3 years ago that is identical to my experience so that tells me that the behavior is allowed by this practice.

Once again, something needs to be done about wait time... I almost left after 2 HOURS. This is not acceptable. My Family has been coming to Campbell sine the 1050's. My file will show you how long I have been a customer and how many procedures I have had done there. I am considering changing Clinics. I do like Dr. Campbell.

I was a walk in, prepared for a very long wait and was really impressed by how quickly they got me back once they realized I was in significant pain. Everyone there was kind and helpful, and Dr. Cannon who was clearly very busy, took excellent care of me and seemed very knowledgeable about my condition, putting me in ease. I’m a heart transplant recipient and I have a lot of issues and so good doctors are extremely valuable for me. I had one previous experience with Cambell in 2020 and it was not positive and so I was not excited about having to return, but I couldn’t say enough good things about how much better this experience was. Dr. Cannon was thorough and reviewed my MRI results with me. He has given me treatment options for my condition.

He was confused. Dismissive of my symptoms. Insisted on Phisical therapy ! I told him I have terrible pain from movement of my low back. Unable to walk or climb steps because of nerve pain.. feels like a nerve is being pinched every step pain radiates out side at level of my fusion…He insisted the problem was above the fusion ! Claimed my fusion was fine ! He said my L4/L5 appeared fused…Then blamed my left hip pain ( a separate source of pain from my back) as being the result of steroids or the X-ray May just show bowel wasist on the side of my joint ! Yes he said so many contradictory things . muttered that since I would not do Phisical therapy , I was waiting his time !!!! I can’t even bend for flex and extension exam without aggravating the nerves !!! Ever since I left, my pain level has been worse and it will take days of rest before it subsides. This guys bedside manner is that of an arrogant jerk. I suspect that he has had complaints similar to this ! Worst visit in my 68

Would never recommend this Dr. to anyone. I was unable to ask him questions. He was dismissive of what I told him. He offered zero suggestions about what I should do for my back/hip pain. He ordered a second MRI and sent me on my way. My next appt is over a month away. I was at Campbell Clinic for over 3 hours for a 9:20 appt. Unfortunately, I may have to explore other options for a Dr. who is a genuine professional. Dr. Cannon does have some good reviews but that was not my experience at all!!!!!!!

Used humor to deflect from the pain of the test I was having.

Oddest Dr visit ever! I assumed I was getting nerve block,called to find out if needed driver and I was told it was just a consultations ,nurse never returned call to confirm. I waited in room for 45 minutes then someone came in and started setting up the shot( in tailbone) tells me to lay on bed pull shorts down and he (dr)would be right in. Let me just say I was so confused. Still haven't met the Doctor. Doctor comes in introducing himself as I'm half naked on bed. Explains that referring Doctor( Keith Williams) had mentioned to Dr. Cannon about shot. I asked him to look at my Knee. I have twinged meniscus in left knee. He looked at while i was laying on bed. I was asked if I needed pain meds I said no because of pain meds im already on but did ask for anti-inflammatory. His nurse came in and proceeded to tell me since I was going to pain clinic he couldn't write anything. Don't treat me as if I don't matter. I'm not an addict. I've been in pain for over 3 years.

He’s nothing listening to the hold thing that’s going on. I try my best to listen and do what the doctor suggested, but when I am in pain I need my pain medication, giving me something that I am already taking, doesn’t make since to me. I am tied of going to Dr. , and they not doing anything, telling me everything I have, but think a nerve I am already taking good to make it better. Thanks for your time.

When he first came into the room, he asked me about gout. When I gave him a questioning look, he said I was taking a drug that I had never heard of that was used to treat gout. I told him I did not take the drug and had never been diagnosed with gout. The rest of the appointment proceeded as expected and he said he would have the incorrect medication from my chart.

Impressed with Dr Cannon visit the 6th and his concern about my broken left shoulder fall on July 26th. His office arranged an appointment next Tuesday with a shoulder specialist.

I had a great experience with Dr. Cannon. He listened well, did not jump to surgery which I appreciate. I will be seeing him again. Hopefully we can get this issue figured out.

He did not give me any information, he went straight to my failures. He had absolutely no clue as to what was going on. I was getting an x-ray on my left side he came back and told me I nothing was wrong. Then he said he would ask for the office manager to come in which I did not agree with that. I went out of my way to see Dr. Cannon. He kept insinuating opioids and I didn’t understand. I one hundred percent did not ask for any medication whatsoever I simply asked what could I do for this not to happen again. One of his nurses told me he doesn’t treat ribs I asked Dr. Cannon what can I do who could I see in regards to me breaking my ribs.

Dr Cannon has been my doctor for a couple of years now-he doesn’t push procedures or tests you don’t need, and truly cares about the well-being of his patients. He always conducts a thorough exam to determine a diagnosis and the. Offers several plan options.

Absolutely the worst so called Dr. I have ever been too after a year and 10s of thousands of dollars dollars today he ended our five minute appointment basically saying he had no clue of where to go from here! While I am crying and looking for a diploma of some sort that he graduated college he did say I had herniated disc which I knew coming in! Will be taking action against the arrogant wanna be Dr. Avoid an your insurance companies money and your own chronic pain which he could care less about go take a Tylenol well thanks I could have saved thousands. Run do not go see this person not worthy of a dr title.
