Dr. Griffin listened to my issues, gave me two options of treatment and was so patient and kind. I highly recommend him.

He was very pleasant and punctual. I would have allowed him to do surgery on my foot had it not been less than 48hr notice that I was required to pay him in full prior to my insurance being billed in order to have the surgery. At that time, that was a red flag as I have never had to pay a doctor $4000 prior to having surgery and prior to having it go through my insurance. In the end it was a blessing for me. I read a few reviews on Google for OrthoArizona and found quite a few reviewers went through the same occurrence of having to pay upfront before insurance was billed and left the practice. One person mentioned going to the Mayo Clinic. I too took my foot issues to the Mayo Clinic where the specialist advised he would not do surgery however recommended that I try physical therapy and also fitted me for orthotics. That was never an option or offered by Dr. Griffin. It has been over a year now and I couldn't be any happier with the services and advise I received from the Mayo Clinic.

Dr Griffin has been my Podiatrist for a few years now, let me tell you, if you want the #1 Podiatrist in Arizona, he is your man! He’s honest, direct, and will be 100% honest with you. Let me give you an example, I have a 17 year old son, I took my son to see my Podiatrist because my son walks on his tiptoes, he’s been doing this since he first could walk. I had Dr Griffin observe this, and see what his recommendation would be. He sat me down said we could do surgery and loosen up his Achilles, because his Achilles is very tight. Said I want to be honest with you, the surgery would be extremely excruciating for your son. This is a very painful surgery and could get only 70 - 80% back. He said, let me put it this way, I wouldn’t even do this surgery on my own son, because the pain is so severe. He said if it’s not bothering him, leave it alone and we can do PT to help loosen it up that way. Even got him night splints, and my son now walks flat foot and is thriving. That is a doctor!!

D I’ve seen Dr Griffin 6-7 years now and I think he’s the best. He’s friendly and explains things so you understand. I can’t even see the scare where he removed a bone from my foot.

I gave him a concern about the communication of their location how bad the situation was which was, The name on the marquee showed Arizona foot and ankle (which I knew it to be ), I had the correct address and suite #. I drove around 10 minutes looking for that. I didn’t have the Bldg. # as that was not given to me. I finally called their office to find the Bldg # only to find out they changed their name to OrthoArizona. The girl who answered the phone was not at my same location so it tooks awhile to tell me this info. After I found our the new name and Bldg. # I immediately found their office. I told Dr. Griffin that and he said do you mind talking to his office manager. I relayed the message to them and it appeared that they were going to take care of it. I was so glad that he was concerned about my situation. He a great man!

Dr. Griffin is one of those people you immediately like, and his professionalism makes you keep liking him. I probably won't enjoy upcoming foot surgery, but I am confident that I will enjoy the result.

Explained the x-ray findings and suggested an alternative for my issue.

Although the shot in my foot hurt horribly, he used ultrasound to guide the needle to the place where the pain was the worst and it provided needed relief.
