Dr. Phelan hadn’t seen me in years and did not make me feel bad for not being to the office. She explained everything in detail and asked me multiple times if I had questions about the plan, why it was happening, or my new medications. She also asked questions about my personal life and seemed generally interested. She looked at me as a person compared to just looking at my symptoms. She made me feel very comfortable, and confident in my care. I am very lucky to have such a great provider and I plan a continuing care with her for many years.
