Was not told to stop applying cream to scalp 2 weeks before surgery. Only received and applied cream for 11 days. Surgery was moved up to Oct 20.by your office. On arrival PN said surgery could not be performed due to cream not being stopped. This was unacceptable as I should have been told about cream. Now it's rescheduled for Nov17. I cancelled the Oct 26 post op exam. Since there was no surgery today. This has been a trying day for me and family.
Wonderful professional and compassionate people who know their business.
