If I could have given zero stars, I would have. I never had my appointment with Dr. Miller. I was scheduled for a telehealth appointment but when I was trying to connect, my phone did something that made it impossible for me to connect with the doctor and his subsequent phone call to me. I had to go to a T Mobile store to fix the glitch. His assistant said he would have the doctor call me at the end of the day. He never did. The doctor told me to reschedule my appointment but I had already waited 4 months for this follow-up appointment to see what my further care should be. If I try to reschedule, that would mean having to wait 8 months for follow up care. No one in their right mind would want to do this. This is not what I would call healthcare. I will be looking for a different doctor who can actually make time for me on a more reasonable time schedule.

I hate to see Dr Miller retire because me and my husband love this man. He has such a wonderful bedside manner! He takes his time and explains everything so we understand. God Bless him and we wish him all the blessings in his new adventure.

Though I didn’t see Dr. Miller today. His staff is wonderful they clearly know how to run the office smoothly. I had a tibrer scan today , and the tech was just amazing. Had me in and out in no time. Great service. The receptionist was also extremely helpful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
