Dr. Erb is a great doctor. Not only does he help my pain but he explains procedures in a way you understand and on top of that he is a really kind man.

If you need pain management. Particularly for your spine this is the man you want to see he's the best.

Dr. Erb is so awesome that everyone wants to see him! The office is always busy, but the staff is friendly!

I have never been so impressed with an organization such as Kennedy-White on my first visit. I only waited minutes in between staff members coming in to see me. They all were extremely pleasant and made me feel at ease and welcome. I was very impressed with how organized everything was. My appointment was for 1:00 and I was home by 3:30 and that included having x-rays taken. My daughter was right when she recommend that I make my appointment with your firm. Excellent!!!

For what it was, it was a pleasant visit. I did not have to wait long. The doctor came in quickly and explained what was going on and what his procedure was going to be. I am of course worried. Will follow through with what the doctor or wants to do and hope for the best. I. Keep waiting for something good happened to me.

I think Dr. Erb is great. But today I found out that the office double books his appointments and I waited for an hour to be called into a room and another half hour to see him. I didn't get out of the office for 2(two) hours. Not acceptable!!

Dr Erb was fine but the wait to see him was appalling. It took 2 months for an appt and a 230pm appt took over 1hrs waiting before I got into a room and another 40 min wait to see him. I was exhausted by the time I left. Follow up appts take months to get. I’m done .. The Dr is great but the practice is a nightmare to get thru. I Need to find a practice that can handle the patient load better.

I have been waiting on Dr Erb to get with my pharmacy to do pre-auth. for the script that he gave me,,,and he even said on 10-14 that it was the only way that I could get them filled,He is not standing by the Oath that he took as a Dr, He says one thing and does the other, as I now have 3 days left of the medication and he is aware of it and I will go into withdraws without them.

Dr. Erb and his staff are very kind and I felt really listened to me. However, my appointment was 45 minutes late, and that was for a mid morning appointment. Once I got in there, I had their full attention and felt I received excellent care. But, as everyone would agree, my time is valuable. Hopefully they will be closer to on time for my follow up appointments.
