He was so nice. He shook our hands, introduced himself and where he he had gone to school. When he was explaining what he would do he stood next to the chart pointing out the areas of the body, naming them and why this procedure was necessary. He. answered our questions. We thanked him for using the diagram an pointing to the different things he would be doing. Excellent!
