Dr. Cinotti is an excellent doctor. I've been going to him for years. However this was my 1st time in his new location at 62 Ridge Rd. Eye Centers of America. Couldn't find my appointment after they confirmed it through text and email. Would not let me book next year's annual exam saying the calendar wasn't open yet when every other year I booked my annual appointment as soon as I finished this year's appointment. Was told I'd ge called to make next year's annual exam. I hope they do call and I don't have to call them.
