Dr. Dominic T. Leonardelli, M.D., is a highly specialized orthopaedic surgeon with a focus on conditions of the upper extremity.
He earned his medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine. He then completed his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at the Naval Medical Center, San Diego. To further hone his expertise, he completed a fellowship at The Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder Institution at Thomas Jefferson University.
Dr. Leonardelli is board-certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and holds a Subspecialty Certificate in Surgery of the Hand. His specialty areas include fractures of the hand, wrist, forearm, and elbow, arthroscopy of the hand, wrist, and elbow, compressive neuropathies, surgical treatment of ligamentous and tendinous conditions and injuries, surgical treatment of degenerative conditions (arthritis), nerve injuries, ganglions and cysts, and complex work-related and sports-related upper extremity injuries.
