Really takes the time to listen with empathy to what's going on with the primary reason and everything else, then explains everything. Next steps, options etc. Even suggestions or resources to assist with all the other stuff.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Kleinhenz. He took plenty of time to explain my spine issues as well as presenting me with the options for treatment. I came to him from Rochester NY because of the care he gave to my daughter and her surgical procedures success.
