This was my second visit to University Orthopedics. I never saw the Dr. only a PA. This visit I sat for close to 40 minutes after my xray - which based on my previous visit, and the folks nearby on this visit, was an inordinate amount of time. At no time did anyone check on me or give me a status update. I recognize issues come up but being left in a hallway for 40 minutes is not good customer service. After spending about an hour from start to finish I had no time left in my morning to wait for the Dr.
