So little time is spent w/ me; it’s extremely rushed—don’t get to discuss my questions & concerns. Feel doctor knows very little about my case; I must keep reminding. There’s separate things going on w/ my injury. I was told months ago therapy was going to be ordered for one body part & never was; I asked again today about body part & seemed like it wasn’t even known I have an injury there. There was issue w/ follow through w/ my other body part as well; office staff dropped the ball w/ that too. I was told I had no restrictions & needed to use body part, to go about life as normal—never told to ‘take it easy.” Now told I wasn’t supposed to be doing much. Huh?! Contradictory! Upset work & restrictions changed & no one said a word—saw it on paper later! I sat there for handful of minutes waiting to leave while receptionist was turned away having a personal conversation; she knew I was there & didn’t care. Previously she’s helped others even though I was 1st. I could go on—not happy!
