Dr. Dmitry Novoseletsky is board-certified interventional pain management specialist dedicated to physical medicine and rehabilitation of back and neck injuries with prolonged pain.
Dr. Dmitry Novoseletsky received his medical degree from Vinnitsa State Medical University in Vinnitsa Ukraine in 1996. He completed his residency at the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York in 2006. He was appointed as Chief Resident while completing this program and also was awarded the Strong Commitment Award for exceptional service and displaying compassion and respect to patients, families, and coworkers. Dr. Novoseletsky is an active member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the Association of Academic Physiatrists, the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, the International Spine Intervention Society, and is a board-certified physician in physical medicine and rehabilitation. Dr. Novoseletskys’ areas of specialty are in non-surgical treatments. As a physiatrist, or physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist, he uses interventional treatments including injections and specific rehabilitation to restore function and quality of life to his patients.
