Engaged with me with compassion, patience, and active listening even though he has an insanely busy schedule. I come from a medical family and grew up in hospitals, often completing homework in the doctor’s lounge; therefore, I am not easily impressed. This is why I found his persona quite surprising for a surgeon. I am back for my second surgery, and I have absolute confidence that I will receive nothing less than medical best practice. I can think of no critique nor improvement recommendation for this unusually fine physician
