This was my first visit with Dr Sofianos. I was very impressed with him and his entire staff. After taking x-rays he asked a lot of questions about my problem. He listened closely to my answers to determine an action plan for my problem.

The nurse that works for him is horrible and lacks empathy. She doesn't believe that I am in the amount of pain I am in and continued to repeat to me " just don't lie to them because they will end your benefits immediately" she said it over and over as if to imply that I would lie about my pain... Smh I don't want to go back. I had felt her lack of empathy months ago I just tried to ignore it.

I highly recommend Dr Sofianos and his wonderful staff. Always answered all of my questions in a timely manor and this is the best I’ve felt in years!! Finally have my life back. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

In my first visit on 04/23/2024 when I saw Dr Sofianos. he makes me feel really confortable. Something that I like he listen his patients and give very clear explanations.

Dr Sofianos did both of my back surgeries and has been treating me since 2017. In my opinion he is the best. My doctor at memorial recommended him instead of memorials own ortho department. He always listens to me and takes his time explaining everything to me and makes sure all of my questions are answered. He never pushes surgery as my only options but gives me all other options as well. I couldn’t ask for better.

We have used this practice for most of my life. This is my second surgery from this physician. My entire family including my wife, daughter and three sons has had Orthopedic surgery here. My sons and daughter have played high school and college sports. They continue to come home if they need surgery to this group pf physicians.

I waited over 1 1/2 hours in the waiting room before I was taken into "the Back" waited a few minutes and only saw Sarah (who was nice) and said that I had a good CT and should go to Physical Therapy and they would call me to set up something. My insurance is paying Physician prices and i have seen the Dr. only briefly once. I am very glad that I am doing so well. I probably could been contacted by phone and saved everyone a lot of time.( And money) and your office would not be running so far behind.

I wanted to take some time before I responded. I know the doctor had surgery that day and timelines get adjusted, but my appointment was delayed 1.5 hours. But perhaps more irritating and unprofessional was to overhear loudly through the hallway as I waited, the doctor speak outside with a nurse about his upcoming vacation/2nd-home-purchasing plans in a secluded area. I don't doubt that work conversations like this happen, but what that conversation told me was that my time was not important to him and I could wait. I don't think that is the impression medical professionals want to give to their patients.

Dr Sofianos and his staff are all great. From signing in to getting in the exam room was done very professionally and with almost no wait. Honestly with so many doctors in the practice I am always impressed with their efficiency. Dr. Sofianos is very thorough and does not mind going over everything so I completely understand. He spent the time I needed and answered any questions. I’ve actually had to call there since after after I left I had a few more questions in my upcoming spine surgery. The PAs that work with him were able to answer every questIon on the phone. I highly recommend Dr Sofianos!

I had Sciatica and Back pain for four years and by some miracle was led to Dr. Sofianos. I knew almost immediately that my surgery was successful. The pain is gone and I need no pain medication. He is a gift from god for me.
