Dr. Copses is truly one of those doctors who makes you feel heard and understood. They take the time to explain everything thoroughly and answer every question without ever making a parent feel silly or like they’re overreacting. I always leave feeling more informed, reassured, and confident in my child’s care. It’s so refreshing to have a doctor who listens, explains things in a way that makes sense, and genuinely respects parents’ concerns. We are very grateful for the care and compassion they provide
