A very fine staff & Dr Rao is easy to talk to,explains everything so you can understand all that is & about to be done. I'm very pleased with this office.
DDr. Rao is a very knowledgeable physician and very professional, in addition he interacts with his patients asking questions regarding the patient’s medical health condition! I am very happy with his ability to provide medical care and advice to the patients !
Knowledgeable professional and CARING
After waiting way too long I asked him why can’t someone tell us there is a wait and why. He says another word about the wait and I will kick you out. I asked again and I get it’s common sense if you have a later appt that there will be long wait times. I was appalled. Not the practice in other offices and not appropriate for him to say to me. I up and walked out. He was shaking as I yelled at him. He makes excuses for him being so far behind. If you are that far behind how bout you schedule what you can handle instead of making people wait over an hour with no explanation other than it’s common sense. I would not schedule an appointment with him if he was the last urologist on earth! Absolute atrocity what I went through with that man today.
