Dr. Sparks is great at keeping me in the saddle, and knowing what I need to keep working on the farm. I am not ready to be put out to pasture just yet and Dr. Sparks is the main reason I’m still able to work on the farm.

After 3 surgeries in one day on my shoulder, I surely thought I would be in some kind of ouch, I was pleasantly surprised to feel little to no pain where I needed sympathy from any pain medicine other than ibuprofen for the little bit of normal inflammation I experienced post surgery … amazing doctor! Had high hopes beforehand from patients I met beforehand at doctor office while waiting to meet and greet with the doctor for consultation before surgery was even scheduled to go over my MRI results and discuss the procedure with the confidence of post surgery expectation results I will encounter, and the great physical therapy I will undergo with a proven path to recovery. I am proud to give Dr Derrick Sparks (2 thumbs up) as well as (2 big toes up), and very fortunate to have had him as my surgeon … totally grateful! 🙂

He took the time to listen to his concerns, clearly explained my son’s diagnosis and treatment options, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The entire staff was professional, friendly, and efficient, creating a positive experience from check-in to follow-up.
I was especially impressed by the doctor’s knowledge, compassion, and genuine concern for my son’s recovery. Thanks to his expertise, my son experienced significant improvement and felt confident throughout the treatment process. Dr. Dierick R. Sparks, M.D., is a highly credentialed Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon with a subspecialty in Sports Medicine.
