Dr. Diane Alexander

Dr. Diane Alexander, M.D., is board-certified by The American Board of Plastic Surgery, a Fellow of The American College of Surgeons (FACS), as well as a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS). She is past Chief of Surgery at Northside Hospital and is active in the Atlanta Arts Community. The Consumers Research Council of America named her one of the top plastic surgeons in America.

Dr. Alexander graduated cum laude from Yale University and went on to earn her medical degree at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Following medical school, she trained at Emory University in the general and plastic surgery residency programs. During her clinical training, she also worked as a fellow in the transplant immunology department with Drs. Chris Larsen and Tom Pearson. She has co-published dozens of articles in peer-reviewed scientific journals and lectured extensively in the United States and abroad. Dr. Alexander has also been featured in local and national media outlets, including the New York Times.

In 2000, she co-founded the first all-female plastic surgery practice in Atlanta, which is now Artisan Plastic Surgery. Dr. Alexander has a passion for helping women make the changes they desire to feel beautiful and confident in their appearance, through skillfully performed breast, body, and facial cosmetic and reconstructive procedures.
