Didn’t explain thoroughly the issues I am having with supposed pressure on the back of my eyes. Was referred to a neurologist but couldn’t tell me how severe my condition is therefore I left very uneasy and felt brushed off. I asked for a simple dr note for an issue I am having and didn’t receive one. I am not sure why it would have hurt her to give it to me. I am a paying customer. She didnt seem real confident in her diagnosis and seemed unsure in herself almost as if she was new. I didn’t leave with the warm and fuzzies that’s for sure. Now the lady that took me back and did the actual eye exam and dilating of the eyes was a real pleasure. She was very friendly.

Dr. Tran treated my mom yesterday. She was thoughtful, kind, and generous with her time. Kyle, who did Mom's work up, was just as wonderful. Mom has gotten some shabby treatment from other eye doctors (not with KE). We couldn't be happier with yesterday's visit. Thanks KE!
