Dr. Shah completed his medical school training at the prestigious Seth G.S. Medical School and KEM Hospital in Mumbai, India, where he honed his skills and knowledge in the medical field. Subsequently, he completed his residency in Internal Medicine at St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester, MA.
He pursued a fellowship in Cardiovascular Medicine and Interventional Cardiology at the same institution. He has been Board Certified in Cardiovascular Medicine, Echocardiography, Interpretation of Vascular Studies, and Interventional Cardiology. Dr. Shah is also Board Eligible in Nuclear Cardiology, underscoring his vast knowledge and expertise in the field.
Dr. Shah has a particular interest in the treatment of structural heart disease, specializing in the minimally invasive technique of replacing the aortic valve, known as Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR).
