Knowledgeable personable and pleasant
My main reason for visit was to rule out endocarditis, as I developed palps 2 days after dental procedure in May. Dr. did not take my temperature to check for fever, which can be a marker for endocarditis. Told me I had to wait until August for followup visit, even tho echo is scheduled for July 7. Am concerned that vegetation growth on mitral valve, if any, can get worse by then. His diagnosis schedule did not reflect the urgency of this potential disease. Not sure he is board certified in cardiology. I did appreciate his referring me for the proper testing, e.g., blood tests, echo, monitor.
Excellent Cardiologist has a outstanding gift as a Doctor of Medicine. Has great communication skills and has genuine care and interests in his patient's needs. A++ Doctor!

Dr Desai is fabulous. I transferred to his practice from Monmouth Cardiology and I’ve never looked back. Appointment on time, nice office staff and a caring and extremely competent doctor who truly listens to his patients. i would highly recommend Dr Desai to anyone who wants to be treated with professionalism and respect.
Dr Desai is the best He listen to you and explain answer very clearly in layman’s terms.
