I had a fairly complicated ankle fracture in July and underwent surgery just days later....he made me feel comfortable and the surgery went great! I felt minimal pain throughout the entire journey. I'm now on the road to recovery! I would highly recommend Dr. Walsh!

I showed up today 20 minutes early as I was told to do paperwork and I sat there for almost an hour and still did not get in for my appointment at least they gave me my co-pay back this is unacceptable it's not my fault that you have one x-ray Never again I will Book my appointment with some other doctor The problem with NEORTHO is your treated like you're on a conveyor belt I have had positive experiences in the past with my shoulder but as far as this goes this was just terrible service and as I said before unacceptable and I am not the only one who was complaining in the waiting room

Dr. Walsh was very knowledgeable. He was able to provide a diagnosis and he gave info to help me manage my problem and my pain. He was very clear about how long my issue would take before it would feel better. He told me this so that I would not get frustrated and to make sure I knew how important it is to do the exercises he gave me. Thank you for being honest with me.

Really liked his bed side manner both at NEOS and in pre-op. He took the time to answer all of our questions. My wife appreciated Dr. Walsh coming out to the waiting room after surgery to speak to her. Thank you to the entire staff, experience could not have gone better considering the circumstances.

My wife and I found Dr Walsh very easy to talk to and explain my fasciitis history and current issues. He was thorough and recommended MRI. From Amherst, I would continue to travel to Springfield to see Dr Walsh, but wished he could come to Northampton office. Will discuss MRI findings then determine further treatment. We came away feeling confidence in him and that’s very important to us.

My son Brandon just saw him and he said he was the nicest Doc !! Took his time and listened to my son concerns.. highly recommend
