Waited 40 minutes past appt time. Checked at front desk and they said I would be called soon. I asked them to check time because I didn’t want to sit in a room for another 30 or 40 minutes. That lady never came back so I rescheduled. I’ve been here several times and had 2 surgeries at FOI - this was a first. Had I not been here before - I would have left and gone somewhere else. Looks like they are booking patients every 5 minutes.

I have been to another hand doctor and a doctor that does larger bones who did not have very kind words to me at Watson Clinic and this doctor is the best doctor I have seen and I’ve been dealing with my left hand for over two years and I’ve had no relief from anyone And this experience today was an experience for someone and actually saw the x-rays and actually examine me and knew exactly what to do. My sister has seen him and so is one of her friends and so I agreed to see him and I was very pleased with how explain things for two surgeries and how to handle it, especially considering that I have Lupus I feel like I’m finally gonna be on my way to having a left hand again and probably eventually some treatment on my right hand excellent doctor. The staff was extremely helpful as well, although I had a hard time with signing in on all that computer technology, but my sister took care of that with me
