Intake nurse wasn't overly welcoming and kept interrupting me as we provided info. While meeting with Dr Christensen I felt as if most of metaphors used were poorly explained so that they were relevant to my son. I felt that each time the conversation stalled there wasn't a concerted effort to move it forward. We left there without an understanding of what the treatment plan was or any goals, simply told to schedule another appointment. Overall the entire experience felt robotic.
