Dr. Derrick Umansky, M.D., is a board-certified and fellowship-trained neurosurgeon dedicated to providing exceptional care to his patients. Dr. Umansky graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Georgia and subsequently completed his medical degree at the Medical College of Georgia, where he was amongst the top of his class. His unwavering dedication and thirst for knowledge led him to pursue specialized training in Neurosurgery and a subsequent fellowship in minimally invasive and complex spinal surgery at Tulane University and Ochsner Clinic Foundation. After training, Dr. Umansky has served many roles in the community, including clinical faculty for multiple hospitals and surgery centers in the area, as well as consultant for the Professional Athlete Care Team.

Throughout his career, Dr. Umansky has been at the forefront of innovative surgical techniques and technology, such as robotic surgery, and is always striving to deliver the best possible outcomes for his patients.
