Friendly but literally with patient for less than 5 minutes after almost a 3 hour wait

Dr. Holt is always so attentive with our son. We appreciate his expertise and care and concern.

i am 83 and have been to Eye Dr. my entire life. Dr Holt explains the problem is very knowledgeable and direct. I did have a timely wait for him but it was well worth it. Thank you Doctor. Marqueta T.

Horrible wait times. Usually you’re seen 2+ hours after your appointment time. Not sure they understand the concept of an appointment

Dr Holt and his staff are wonderful! Unfortunately, this also means that you will spend some time in the office waiting because he has a very busy practice. Plan ahead, bring snacks and distractions for your little ones.

Really goes above and beyond!

Dr Holt has been working with my family for years now. His care for the patients he sees is obvious. Very grateful for the whole team at the Clovis facility.

Dr. Holt is amazing. My kids have been under his care for almost 7 years and always goes above and beyond. He meets kids where they are and is very engaging with them.

The wait times are ALWAYS too long, and the provider is in and out within minutes.

He didn't do anything to help my son see better.

arrived early for appointment was seen on moderate time overall waiting to be seen was overwhelming 3hours plus to seen by Dr. Holt for about 5 mint ..

Dr Holt was very helpful and explained everything so that it was easy to understand.

Doctor Holt himself was great with us. His nurses who worked with us prior to him coming in the room were also great, but the WAIT is terrible. We waited for an hour and 45 minutes before anyone said anything to us. Once called back, everything went smoothly as far as time. I just wish this office could figure out a better scheduling so that parents and their young kids don’t have to wait so long for an appointment that was scheduled.

Knowledgeable, great with kids, has kid friendly tools, and even gave my son two toys for doing good today. Thanks doc!👀❤️

Professional. Answers any questions. He is always kind and courteous.

Everything was timely and explained well from beginning to end. All questions were answered with honest and sincere responses. Dr was patient and was compassionate. So happy there are doctors still around providing such excellent care!

Appointments take up so long, each visit. Eyes get dilated but we end up waiting for hours until seen by the provider. They book too many appointments too close together.

My son has seen Dr. Holt since he was 2. Nicolas loves him. Excellent Dr. I recommend him to everyone.

We waited more than 6 months for this appointment, and didn't get any answers, only to get referred to another physician. Wasn't thrilled that he or his assistant didn't introduce themselves or explain what was going to be done. Poor bedside manner for new patients.

We threw Dr. Holt a curveball today and had issues outside of our son's normal check up (he went swimming and his eyes hurt really badly) He handled it on the fly and professionally - all with care and concern about our 9 year old.

Amazing hardworking staff. Its a privilege to have such a specialist Available in our community.

All of the appointments run late but when it's my child's turn he in the room for less than a minute.

Incredibly honest, sincere, humble, caring. There is still good in this world when it is not all about money. Dr. Holt took his time to explain with all possible details and was not in a rush even when he had lots of patients to see and long day.

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Holt for the last six years, and he provides excellent treatment. So thankful we found him.

Wait time 2 hours

My visit with the doctor was fine, once he finally got there. He was over an hour late showing up for my scheduled appointment, which is normally fine because I know that emergencies happen, but his staff (there 5 women that I saw at the “station”) NEVER came into my room to show me the courtesy to tell he was detained.

Always answers my questions and concerns.

When he came in the room (first time patient) he didn’t introduce himself to the us (the parents) or my daughter. I wasn’t sure who he was / so that would have been the only extra thing I would ask that he do.

We love doctor Holt. He is so so good with children and very good at what he does. Will continue to see him despite him not being in our insurance network any longer. He is that good

Dr. Holt has seen my now three year old daughter, since her early days in the NICU at CRMC. He is a great doctor, but his office lacks the staffing resources and space to make visits there a pleasant experience. You should easily anticipate a 2-3 hour appointment for wait time and eye exam, probably longer if additional testing is needed. I do not think that is appropriate given the nature of his clientele being pediatric patients. I offered this humble feedback to Dr. Holt which was met with much disdain. I will sadly be seeking eye care for my daughter elsewhere.

Dr. Holt is an amazing care provider! My 3 year old, pre mature baby has been seen by Dr holt since she left the NICU.She has Autism and she doesnt understand procedures and words cant explain how Dr. Holt is just an amazing human, he has so much patience for kids and knows how to interact with no problem. It is so surprising to me how my daugther reacts to him she just lets him check her eyes with no problem. Dr Holt was referred to us in Los Angeles and with all good reasons because he is the best in California.
