I felt very comfortable with Dr. Reinke and his assistant Les (spelling?). Services and efficiency was better than expected, other than new customer paper work that makes you fill you name, address and other information that you previously gave them prior to your appointment. They should print forms with this basic information and request verification, and then you provide the information relevant to each form.

Waited for 45 minutes and no one had the common courtesy to pop in and say they were running behind. I never saw the doctor and then the desk staff couldn’t explain why I had a $50 charge show up in my email last week. Horrible experience.
