DR. CUFF’S APPROACH TO TREATING PATIENTS
Connecting with my Patients
“Taking time to carefully listen to my patient’s orthopaedic complaints and understanding how their lives are being affected is critical to successfully treating them. My initial goal is to find non-operative ways to decrease their pain and improve their quality of life. For those patients that end up requiring surgery I try to provide as much information as possible in an effort to guide them through the process and ease their concerns. I believe that developing a productive relationship between the patient and the surgeon ultimately leads to improved outcomes for the people we treat.”
Success Through Specialization
“Specialized care is becoming more and more common in orthopaedic surgery. During my education I was fortunate to be taught by some of the leaders in the field of upper extremity surgery. I completed an additional year of specialized training in shoulder and elbow reconstruction learning the modern techniques in minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery and the latest developments in shoulder and elbow replacement. Athletic and degenerative problems of the shoulder and elbow occur frequently and I like treating these patients so they can return to the activities they enjoy doing.”

Friendly helpful professional
I appreciate his warm welcome and compassion. He’s a knowledgeable doctor and I have confidence in him.
Just what I heard. Just what I expected. Great start. Thank you all so very much.
Dr. Cuff listened and explained options for treatment very well.
I was so fortunate to meet this doctor and for him to complete my reverse show to replacement. I am now out of pain for the first time in several years. My only regret is that I did not have this done sooner.
3 month check up post reverse shoulder replacement. Dr. Cuff explained in detail my next steps on rebuilding strength & what to expect. I will see him again in 3 more months to check progress. I highly recommend Dr. Cuff for shoulder injuries or arthritis.
I always feel confident with the treatment I receive from Dr. Cuff. He is very pleasant and understanding of my issues.
Excellent doctor, he explained the problem and how to handle it in layman terms. …
