Dr Breder took whatever time I needed to answer my questions about surgery.
My knee replacement surgery, went exactly as Dr. Breder informed me on how the process went. There were a couple hiccups, the first being when I ran out of pain pills and it took 2 days to get that issue resolved which left me without pain meds on the 4th and 5th day post op which I was not very happy about. Then on day 6 post op, my skin below my new knee started turning red and then had to go to the Hospital in Iowa City to be checked out for the infection and to determine if there were any blood clots. I'm not sure where the communication got messed up to leave me without pain relief medication. Hopefully things go smoother from here out in regards to post op things related to my surgery. I would recommend Dr. Breder to anyone looking for a knee surgeon
Dr Breder is very knowledgeable, professional, willing to listen to his patients and give open feedback to any questions or concerns.
