Dr. Bruan is knowledgeable, pleasant, and professional. Great clinician.

Good follow up on test result. Requested disk with images so that he could compare results to previous test. Recommended continued follow up test on annual basis to keep tabs on any changes to cysts.

After over a month, I still haven’t gotten anybody to contact me for an approval on my insurance. My pharmacy has notified them more than once no response. I’ve spoke with the nurses still haven’t made any progress. Extremely frustrated.

I think that he could be more responsive to any questions about your sickness and explain to you the best treatment. And yes give you pian meds!

Dr Braun is one of best urologists in the area. He has successfully treated my chronic prostratitis , performed outpatient surgical procedure as well as my annual exams. His experience and expertise are second to none. I highly recommend

His tone of voice indicated he did NOT want to see my husband. Asked why we didn't go to Plymouth meeting instead there.. he never examined my husband and hei wants To see him in 10 days for some kind test. We got appointment written on their business card with the date of February 6 at 2.15. the next day the visiting nurse came for my husband and asked how the appointment went with Dennis Braun. He then called their office and asked what test they were going to do on my husband. They said " he doesn't have an ay with us!!!!!!!! But then gave him one for same day at 11.00... at that point.we got frustrated with the whole thing and cancel the sy forever.and did go to Plymouth meeting!!!

Very impressed with Dr. Braun. For a younger female to see a urologist is a bit awkward for me. But when I spoke to him I knew I was in good hands. His bedside manner is A++. He won't have you do unessasary tests that a ton of Dr's order, simply for money from insurance. Very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, straightforward, everything you NEED in a Dr. Not to mention his staff is so polite and courteous. I would give a 10 star if I could!! Keep up the great work! 👍

The doctor was fine. Walked into the office. Walked to the front window and waited for the young lady to get off her phone. When she came up for air, she told me to go through the door. I did and then she side next window to check out. I was just checking in. Front people are just as important as the doctor. Maybe cell phones 📵 should be put away while working.
