Dr. Gallagher is easily the best PCM I've ever had. She listens, takes her time, and is always very prompt to respond. My appointments are on-time, and I always feel heard.

All she wanted to do was fill me up with medication and send me on my way. She said she used a certain medication and then contradicted herself, then, say that is what she prescribes her patients. Then, apologizing say i'm sorry if you heard me wrong. I didn't hear her wrong. She misspoke her words. I had to request an xray. I told her three times that I could not take anti inflammatories and she continually asked me why. I told her my cardiac doctor said no. She had my file in her laptop and she refused to review it. She said she was too busy to review my file that she had other people to see. But if she took only two minutes to review my file, it would have made the experience a whole lot better. I take enough medicines already.You do not just medicate your patients and send them on their way. I don't appreciate how I was treated.Not only by the doctor but the front desk as well. I am furious.

Dr. Gallagher was influential in championing the cause for the Jacksonville Children’s and Multispecialty Clinic, P.A. to implement a partnership with the Reach Out and Read program.
