In the 20 years since my two spine surgeries and being under the care of an interventional pain management team of physicians, I have never felt so “heard” and respected as a patient with chronic pain. Not only is Dr. Dockery an expert in his field, in addition, he responds to new symptoms with his best diagnostic tools. He then explains to his patients exactly the plan of care he suggests, even if that means consulting another physician to assist in implementing that plan!

Great bedside manner and suggested several options.

Doctor forgot about us and blamed it on reception losing our paperwork. Had been waiting for 1.5 hours at that point and all he said was, “thanks for your patience” like we had been waiting g for 30 min! We had beer Waiting in waiting area for over an hour when we finally got back to the room we waiting another 30 min for the doctor to come in. Before the doctor even came in I had to leave the room to let someone know we had been waiting for 1.5 hours to get our follow up review of an MRI. Not the way people should be treated when seeking care. The doctor almost left without even doing an exam. I think he saw the look on my face and figured he better do something that looked billable.

Very interested in the problems I had even though he worked the whole day seeing patients. I would recommend Dr. Dockery.

Once I saw Dee, he was very efficient and made a temporary diagnosis of possible blood clot. That was resolved the same day by referring out to Flynn labs for an ultrasound of my right leg. Still need another appointment to address my severe spinal stenosis diagnosis from previous CT scan.

Easy to talk to explain things well

Just saw Dr. Dockery after an 11 hour ER visit last week for herniated disc. I had heard he was the best in Memphis so I was shocked to get an appointment this quickly. He was the best orthopedic doctor I've ever been to. Listens, takes his time, answers questions and very empathetic. The office staff and assistants are kind and compassionate. Campbell's Clinic runs like a well oiled machine.Memphis medical facilities should take lessons from this group. So grateful I found Dr. Dockery. Bless his heart💓

I met Dr Dockerty at Campbell Clinic only yesterday for the first time. He was knowledgeable, personable, and gave me hope that the procedure would improve my life by providing less pain in my back.

I had a condition and couldn't get the help I needed. I was told to go to my primary doctor, for the referral!

He is always very thorough in the business and provides for you great explanation in the visuals that are provided in the office to explain to you what your diagnosis or problems is.

Dr Dockery was nice and explained what was going on with my back after doing an examination. I did have to wait 1.5 hours past my appointment time to be seen; however, as the clinic overbooked him. It felt like he was rushing out of the room when I was trying to ask questions, but no complaints other than those two issues.

Dr Dockery actually listens. Had the actual cause of my pain diagnosed and a treatment plan set up almost immediately. He adjusted things that weren't working. My condition may not be immediately curable but my pain is manageable without lots of heavy painkillers which is most important to me!

This doctor has no compassion, shows no empathy, and very rude. He never address my issues, only what he wants to address as if everything else is not important.Causing me to deal with chronic pain with no resolve. In addition to be forced to schedule another appointment just to pay another copay. Does not speak. Always down play my illness. I hate going to see him. I'm really in search of another orthopedic. Going to him really helps me understand politics more and more. It's really sad how much doctors get paid to come see you for 3-5 minutes, show no compassion, and treat what they want to treat, and the patient continues to suffer with no resolution.

I really don t know if he is a good doctor or not because after waiting for an hour and twenty minutes for my scheduled appointment, I left.

Dr Dockery quickly gets right to the problem and identifies what part of my lower back is causing the pain. He’s always pleasant and encouraging.

When you tell a doctor your in pain and they pull and push and prod you it makes you wonder if they believe you. It’s very disheartening when I feel like my pain isn’t taken seriously
