My father does not speak English and is very hard of hearing, which can make communication challenging. The doctor came in well prepared and had already reviewed his chart before asking questions, which made the visit much smoother and more efficient. I also appreciated the doctor’s straightforward and clear approach. This level of preparation and attentiveness made a big difference in our experience.
