Came in with my daughter who had severe ear pain. My daughter was crying and screaming in pain. Dawn great at explaining to my 5 year old daughter what she was going to be doing to ease her anxiety, but was rather rude to my daughter telling her she didnt need to be crying and screaming and that she knows it hurts but told her she was being overly dramatic. She was in a lot of pain as her ear was severely infected and was rupturing because she began leaking puss shortly after leaving the clinic.

We had a great experience with Dr. Larson. She is great with children and made our son feel much more comfortable than he has ever felt at the Doctor.
